The countdown to the 2012 Olympics in London hits the two year mark this month. And even though the main event is in the capital, Olympic fever is spreading nationwide and there are a huge range of events taking place up north designed to sprinkle a bit of Olympic magic on our fair city.
Louise Robbins, physical activity manager with Greater Sport, says she expects the Olympics to inspire large numbers of people across Manchester to get active.
