JOANNA Hall is teaching me to walk the walk. Striding out in Spinningfields, in Manchester city centre, in front of dozens of confused-looking diners, the fitness expert tells me I need to walk from the back not the front. Eh?

It all sounds back to front to me but is apparently a matter of using the muscles at the back of your legs rather than those at the front - which most of us do.
